This is to state that my family's move to France (Paris) was facilitated by Acta International Services. The services provided to us included search and signing up of accomodation, help with installation of various services at home and most importantly, help and guidance during a two month period with a variety of problems.

We have been very satisfied with the quality of service that we have recieved. The involvement has been highly committed, and we have felt at all times that we have a partner to help us with our settling-in issues.

It has been particulary useful to us to have Acta's support throughout the first 2 months, rather than just linked to specific events like finding a house or getting a power connection. This is because the problems we have encountered could not all have been foreseen and it was great to have an open relationship.

Overall, I can say that the service from Acta has been very friendly and warm, and very effective in meeting our needs.
